With trial just four months away, ChromaDex today filed a pro hac vice motion in California to add an experienced litigator to the trial team: Phillip Irwin, a partner from Covington's New York office.
Mr. Irwin has extensive trial experience, including more than a dozen trials. He has litigated patent and trade secret disputes. Among his publications is "Employee Theft of Trade Secrets: A Practical Guide." In 2013 Irwin was selected by SuperLawyers as a rising star in New York.
